Bullit de Peix

Bullit de Peix is one of the most iconic dishes in Ibicenco cuisine — a traditional recipe that brings out the purest flavors of the sea.
It’s prepared with a selection of fresh rock fish, caught in local waters, slowly cooked with potatoes and a sauté of garlic, tomato, and ñora pepper, creating an unmistakable taste.
As tradition dictates, bullit de peix is served with arròs a banda, a dry rice dish made with the fish broth, capturing the full essence of the Mediterranean in every bite.

Paella

Paella in Ibiza is one of our signature dishes.
Coming to enjoy a paella at El Carmen Restaurant, with views of Es Vedrà and the crystal-clear waters of Cala d’Hort, is a classic Ibicenco tradition.
Our menu includes paellas with fish, seafood, lobster, spiny lobster, and of course, the traditional Spanish paella.
Cala d’Hort is one of the favorite spots for locals and also for the many tourists who visit every summer to enjoy the beach, the sun, and great cuisine.
It is considered one of the best beaches in Ibiza thanks to its uniquely blue waters, located within a stunning natural setting: the Cala d’Hort Nature Reserve, a protected area known for its beauty and rich biodiversity.

From 1:00 to 1:30 p.m. In this time slot, your table is already reserved and assigned.
The first-row beachfront tables (12) are allocated in order of reservation. Once the first row is fully booked, we begin assigning the remaining terrace tables. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without a call or email to justify the delay, the table may be assigned to other customers. Once seated at the assigned table, changes are not permitted. The time limit for the first seating is 2 hours.
From 2:45 / 3:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. During this second seating, we follow the order of reservations to seat guests. As tables from the first turn become available, we call and seat clients according to the list.
Tables are not pre-assigned; they are allocated once the guest’s name is confirmed and their turn has arrived. Therefore, the exact seating time may differ from the time initially requested during booking. We always try to offer an estimated time that minimizes waiting, but delays may occur depending on how long first-turn guests remain at their tables.
If you have a reservation on the waiting list, please check in at Reception and give your name. Only then will we begin searching for a table for you. Once it’s your turn, we’ll call your name aloud to invite you to the dining area. We do not call guests who have not confirmed their arrival in person.
If you arrive without a reservation and there is no one currently on the waiting list, you may be seated at a free table if available.
